In Surrey, for example, future growth is pooling around Surrey City Centre, the Gateway SkyTrain station and the Newton Town Centre, where the LRT line will soon be running. In South Surrey, development nodes include Bakerview and Brooksdale.

In Langley, the Yorkson area and land near key freeway exchanges are among areas prime for development. Keep an eye on the future LRT extension from Surrey to Langley, which will also raise land values.
In all of the Fraser Valleys, major arterial roads will attract developers and investors as far out as Abbotsford, Mission and Chilliwack.
